Our client's fashion brand is expanding into new areas and they are looking for a motivated and adaptable individuals to join them. They have a small team, with many processes and structures still to build, where changing challenges are part of every day and where you will have to be involved with tasks that you initially didn't think of. At the end, you'll find the reward of truly understanding the spirit and workflow of a true entrepreneurship in fashion.

Up and coming luxury fashion and lifestyle brand.


Based in London, the Marketer will be responsible for:

* Managing the day to day development of the brand.

* Liaising with established retail partnerships, including Net-a Porter, Harrods and Neiman Marcus among others.

* Overseeing the operation of their own ecommerce site, and suggesting constant improvements.

* Supporting and furthering brands in all areas of their business.

* Reaching out to potential buyers, e.g. high-end department stores and boutiques, and various other channels to achieve sales through various marketing activities.

* Working with PR companies, press or other organisations to promote the company's products and collections.

* Organising marketing events, such as trade shows and other campaigns.

* Carrying out market research and assisting in setting out winning marketing strategies in the areas of pricing, target customer groups, marketing positioning and brand expansion.

* Building the company's image and followers using various social media channels.

* The candidate will develop digital marketing strategies to grow and engage with online communities through the brand's various digital channels, maximising our online visibility and ensuring our message remains consistent throughout.


Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:

An agile and enthusiastic marketer with a start-up mentality. You must speak excellent English and have an open-minded, global outlook. As this is a small, young brand, with a small team, you will be able to cover all bases, from strategy to implementation, be happy to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Other traits:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Previous work experience in fashion & apparel retail marketing roles is a must.

· Management, commerce and operations experience - overseeing the day to day running of a small luxe fashion label

· A love and interest in the product

· Event management

· Relationships and partnerships management

· Communications and website management

· An interest in the arts

· Excellent organisational skills

· Innovative thinking and a can-do attitude

· Self-motivation - happy to work in a small team or solo

· A global outlook

· An excellent work ethic

· An understanding of the east cultures and Mandarin speaking is a plus
