Major Players are working with a luxury bespoke agency who build and deliver great ideas and visual experiences, who due some large account wins are now looking of a Project Manager to join their team. Based in London they specialise in concepts, visual design and art direction for brand communications, identity, retail design, exhibitions and exclusive events, who pride themselves on great ideas, quality production and a high standard of installation combining attention to detail and a no limits attitude.

The Project Manager will be client-facing, have impeccable taste, flawless communication, rigorous attention to detail and outstanding ability to work with some of the world's most recognisable and innovative brands. Reporting into the Project Director, the core responsibility of this role is to deliver the clients projects to the highest standard, ensuring the agency's reputation is further enhanced project upon project.

You will have an enthusiasm for and an extensive knowledge of premium sportswear and fashion brands, the retail environment and design projects, in all their myriad forms. The Project Manager will be a strong advocate for work and design ethic, with an ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks and maintain impeccable client relationships under significant time pressure, you will be creative and confident, work collaboratively, communicating effectively with clients, the agency teams and third party stakeholders.

The Project Manager will be a consistent evangelist for best practice approach / methodology throughout the project lifetime, meticulous planning and organisation informing an uncompromising desire and vision to deliver creative excellence.


  • At least 3 years project management experience in a Creative / Design agency environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing clients directly
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality design projects
  • A keen interest and/or experience in fashion / sportswear brands
  • Natural people skills effective with all types of stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge and unwavering belief in best practice project process
  • Mid to advanced level office-software skills (Excel / Word / Keynote)
