Head of CRM
A rapidly growing international FinTech company is looking for a CRM lead to leave their mark on the modern world. You will be creating CRM marketing campaigns and providing essential input to automated campaigns.
HEAD OF CRM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting with the creation and delivery of CRM marketing campaigns, and provide essential input to automated campaigns.
- Providing continual optimisation and automation through data analysis, testing and reporting.
- Maximising commercial opportunities, analysing touch points within the organisation and mapping the customer journey throughout the process
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach of the company and its products.
HEAD OF CRM EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce marketing cloud and B2B marketing automation
- Proven track record of creation and delivery of successful CRM marketing campaigns
- Experience with direct and digital marketing ideally in a B2B context
