As the Marketing Manager, your role will involve the following:

* Responsibility for lead generation, developing brand values and all internal and external communications
* Managing and improving omni-channel lead generation campaigns and measuring results
* Analysing potential new lead acquisition channels to explore for future incremental gains
* Developing campaign plans on a quarterly basis
* Working with and advising Campaign Executives on planning marketing campaigns, for them to be rolled out via a marketing automation platform
* Driving improvements to process, systems and further efficiencies, as well as aligning campaign activity
* Understanding market, competitors, market penetration, propositions and brand awareness
* Overseeing marketing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications
* Owning the relationship with agencies to ensure the brands are being represented in the correct way
* Being a guardian of our brands
* Managing and developing of a team of five to and ensuring that necessary coaching and objective setting is in place
* Coordinating marketing team activities, time management and prioritisation to ensure the team is aligned, and producing high quality work

Person Specification

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for driving and improving lead generation for business-to-business (B2B) sales teams. It's important that you have experience of managing marketing projects and budgets and working with Marketing Automation systems.

Finally, it's really important that you have a bright, positive attitude and enjoy managing and developing a team!

You must be available immediately to start and be committed to the full duration of the 6 month contract.
