Fantastic opportunity to lead the team to commercial success. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy.

Client Details

My client is an award winning, market leader offering a range of products and services to the Financial Services market.


The successful applicant will be responsible for:

* Supporting the senior management team in creating and implementing the business communications and marketing strategy
* Leading the Marketing team to commercial success through successful campaigns and communications
* Working closely with the sales team to create effective collateral and communications
* Supporting internal communications
* Understanding the range of customers and ensuring marketing activity is tailored to them
* Identifying target markets and customers and monitoring lead generation
* Ensuring existing customers feel valued and retention of customers remains a priority
* Contributing to the creation of the new company website
* Working with the product and propositions team to support NPD and NPL
* Supporting with all written communications including tenders, press, bios, blogs, articles and emails
* Working with external agencies including PR and digital
* Supporting seasonal events and road shows
* Be a brand guardian and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
* Create surveys and provide customer insight


In order to be considered for this opportunity you should have:

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A 'can-do' attitude
* Previous experience in a B2B organisation - Financial Services experience would be advantageous but not essential
* A degree or marketing qualification - CIM/IDM
* Proven experience managing a team
* Experience with Google Analytics

Please note some UK travel will be needed for this role including overnight stays
