Social Media Manager
Managing the social media strategy for 4 brands, this is a great role taking ownership of the social calender and all paid social campaigns to boost visibility, enhance customer and client engagement and drive direct revenue.
You will need a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to content management & publishing and advertising. Strong background managing content calendars based on brands and a proven track record of running branding and direct response activity. Implementing social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement and acquisition.
The role will manage and oversee day-to-day activities (paid & organic) on all social media channels, manage the relationship with the agency, from brief to campaign optimisation and reporting. Working with the local e-Commerce, Media, CRM, and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns alignment and consistency across the entire customer journey. Creating engaging multimedia content, building key relationships with Influencers and manage the social media communities.
You will have 3 to 4 years experience within a social media role, a sound understanding of best practice, creative thinker with a drive to deliver the best and confident at operating at all levels.
