This position would be ideal for a candidate with a passion for insights and a desire to use analysis in a commercial environment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of both interpersonal and analytical skills. The ability to quickly manipulate and interpret complex data, and help non-technical audiences to understand it is a central part of this role.

Client Details



The main responsibilities of the Campaign Insight Analyst are to make recommendations for how campaigns (email, direct mail, app, corporate events quarterly mailer amongst others) should be targeted, collaboratively making decisions on who we should contact to deliver the best results for the business, to build loyalty and drive sales. Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and how they were targeted, using this to improve future communications to constant learn and improve is a rewarding element of this role.


The candidate will have the ability to:
* Work collaboratively, across different functions ensuring that a personal customer experience is at the heart of everything we do
* Identify and utilise the most suitable data sources to solve business questions, the ability to work efficiently is key
* The ability to use large data sets and combine information from multiple sources and 'see the bigger picture' is important
* Prioritise workload and manage stakeholders effectively
* Ability to analyse at a technical level whilst being able to confidently interpret findings and deliver them to an audience with little or no analytical, statistical or numerical background

Job Offer
