Retail Development & Display Manager - 6 month FTC
c.£40K- 45K + Benefits + Bonus

Retail or merchandising/display experience needed for this immediate start role with a global leader in the drinks industry.  Working within the highly successful Global Travel business, this team's work is key to achieving the company's ambition to be the supplier of choice to all its major customers, helping them to provide the travel retail shopper with an exceptional shopper experience at the point of purchase.  This is a role for someone with a true understanding of what amazing permanent and promotional POS display/design looks like in-store and who can bring this to life on the shop floor 

Key Tasks

  • Leading the retail development agenda in the region, ensuring the client is the customers' first choice
  • Beating the competition by implementing irresistible shopping experiences and delivering exceptional brand visibility
  • Applying the overarching retail development framework and display concepts supplied by the central marketing teams and driving implementation locally.
  • Elevating the quality of display executions and maintaining consistency throughout the different retail outlets
  • Working closely with agency partners to deliver excellent execution standards while managing closely the budget
  • Managing the CAPEX budget for permanent visibility for the region.

  • Expertise on the retail industry and current trends
