Work closely with Head of Brand to protect and enhance the firm's brand and ensure the values and standards of the Brand are maintained across the estate and throughout the whole costumer experience.

Based in London, Brand Standards Manager will be responsible for:

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

* Work closely with retail, VM and digital teams to ensure that every iteration of the brand is consistent, in store and on digital channels, in signage, packaging, presentations, POS, and all materials and digital communications.

* Work closely with HR on induction manuals to ensure the brand message is delivered to new colleagues and refreshed and enhanced to existing colleagues. Find ways to bring the brand, it's heritage, purpose and values to life for colleagues in roadshows, and in stores on a regular basis.

* Work closely with retail operations to check that the customer is having one consistent brand experience across all channels - in store and online.

* Develop and deliver Brand Standards Guidelines

* Work with external agencies to deliver projects to budget

* Manage budgets and report to line manager

Shared Team Accountabilities

* As part of the Brand and Marketing team, identify opportunities for the company to maximise its purpose and commercial opportunity.

* Collaborate with members of the company and work closely with all relevant areas to influence and contribute to the Marketing Strategy and maximise business opportunities.

* As a member of the new Brand and Marketing Team, support the cultural and transformational journey to win hearts and minds as the company moves to a more aligned approach in its operating model.


Candidate's Profile:

Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:

* Strong commercial acumen - proven track record of delivering great visual standards that increase customer interest and sales

* Highly developed communication, influencing and relationship skills.

* Very detail focused, and completer finisher

* Skilled trainer and coach

* Highly organized - able to manage multiple work streams to deadlines

* IT literate - CAD would be desirable but is not essential

Job Offer

This role is strictly for those who meet with profile. Brand management experience is essential. Sound knowledge of retail and department store operations and inter-relation with marketing is a big plus.
