The Account Director will have full accountability of the client and owning the responsibility for the development and implementation of each solution, creating shared value with the account, the company and the end users.

Client Details

My client is a leading integrated marketing & communications agency working with some of the largest B2B accounts in the UK. Through growth of the business and partnerships with new clients, the Account Director role is now a priority to ensure consistent delivery and upholding quality service.


The key responsibilities of the Account Director include the following:

You will partner the client to understand their business needs, issues, priorities and strategic levers in order to lead and grow the relationship.

You will influence and educate the client through leading edge consultation and build long-term relationships based on successful project delivery and client growth.

You will contribute to the growth of the business through enhanced reputation and brand awareness, and contribute to the collaborative culture of the business through shared objectives, leadership, passion and positive influence.

You will have the responsibility for supporting new business in respect of identifying new opportunities, developing compelling and competitive response in collaboration with other experts within the business and external partners where required.

As well as managing and developing your own client portfolio you will provide strategic input to all account planning, helping account managers shape and direct the continued growth of all accounts.


The successful candidate for this role must have the following skills/attributes:

* Significant experience in professional client relationship management, able to partner the client to understand their business needs, issues, priorities and strategic levers.
* Experience of developing campaigns across a broad range of different media.
* Proven ability to identify revenue opportunities and take opportunities forward.
* Be committed, collaborative, innovative, progression, genuine.
* A natural leader who energises those around you.

Job Offer

The Account Director role is offering a basic annual salary between £50,000 - £60,000 + other added benefits.
