ABOUT THE ROLE:

* This is a great opportunity to test new channels and techniques - to help drive success and build better relationships with supporters.
* You will be part of the team that strives to be the best in their field, encouraging curiosity and bringing new ideas to the table.
* You will be responsible for proactively growing the number of supporter relationships, journeys and income from each relationship for the charity.
* You will deliver campaign and product marketing activities - on digital channels including website, email, paid media and social media.
* You will collate campaign statistics to evaluate community campaigns and product marketing activity.
* You will also produce regular reports on performance and progress of agreed income streams and activities.



ABOUT YOU:

* You will have a track record of using online and offline marketing tools and techniques to interact with supporters, building relationships and generating income.
* You will have experience of delivering processes, evaluating successful marketing communications and have demonstrable ability to interpret data to inform actions and decisions.
* You will have an understanding of digital systems including CMS systems, email broadcast tools and analytics (knowledge of Episerver, Dotmailer and Google analytics is desirable.
* You will drive and enthusiasm to achieve challenging income targets.
* You will have the ability to deliver new campaign and product marketing activity.
* You must have excellent time management and the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously.
* You must have knowledge of monitoring, analysing and reporting on success of content campaigns and websites.
* Experience of optimising marketing activity and using an ongoing test and learn approach.
