Based in Maidstone, an exciting new Client Relationship Manager opportunity has arisen in an innovative legal services provider experiencing a period of rapid growth.

To further enhance the way the firm services clients, they are looking for a proactive and commercially astute individual to identify opportunities, lead, manage and develop sales across the full range of their services and lead customer relationship management processes to optimise both client experience and on-sell opportunities with existing clients. The Client Relationship Manager will need to develop a detailed understanding of the firm's product and service range and lead the sales and business development for Employment, HR and Safety Product. You will develop a strategy to identify new business opportunities and support organic growth with existing clients and lead on initial contact with clients, working alongside the firm's technical experts to scope their needs and identify opportunities that will further support and add value to their business. The successful candidate will work with the Marketing team to identify sales qualified leads, successfully converting them into new clients, and also identify new sales opportunities through networking to secure contracts and convert to longer term agreements. The role holder will prepare proposals and presentations for services to both current and prospective clients and develop and agree a scope of works, highlighting key timelines for delivery, briefing internal teams on client requirements and expected outputs. The gathering and documentation and communication of client feedback to the wider team will represent an important aspect of the role.

This role of Client Relationship Manager requires someone who has a passion for client development allied to strong commercial awareness, with a knowledge of professional services, particularly legal and HR, being an advantage but not a prerequisite. The ability to implement innovative methods around client management and delivery, maintain relationships and develop a "trusted advisor" status with clients will be key to success.
