Client Details

An East Midlands based FMCG business, producing both branded and own-label foods. The business is enjoying huge success and enviable growth figures, both in long-standing products and new launches. With distribution across grocery and convenience growing on a quarterly basis, it is a great time to join the marketing department.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, in a small but perfectly formed marketing team you will be responsible for one of the brands within their portfolio. It is a classical brand management position, and responsibilities include

* Implementation of plans, across the portfolio

* Work with agencies to design and deliver communications plans.

* Track and monitor performance using both internal and external data.

* Build your knowledge of consumer and shopper insight to develop future NPD and campaigns

* Be responsible for digital and social marketing across your portfolio


We are looking for someone with the following experience

* Working within an FMCG or Consumer marketing department, preferably on branded products

* Brand or product management

* Liasing with marketing and/or digital agencies

* Strong communicator with an innate ability to build relationships.
