Historically, this agency have worked across core branding, digital, employee engagement, integrated campaigns and motion graphics to name a few. They help their clients either affect change or move their brand perception and require an experienced Account Director who will take the lead within this brand and integrated creative agency.

This key Account Director role would suit someone who has a natural gravitas, experience within integrated communications and an understanding of core brand issues to firstly command respect from a client, then most importantly, support them throughout the process. 

You'll have team management skills and help develop those around you. But you'll also be commercially astute and be able to run your account with an eagle eye for detail.

Client development skills are also key, as when you're not writing proposals and pitches, you'll be nurturing client relationships, spotting new opportunities, advising, inspiring, and delivering briefs to the creative director.
