A central government organisation located in central London is looking for a Communications and Strategy Executive to join their Communications Directorate. The organisation is very friendly and inclusive offering a great range of benefits and promoting a healthy work life balance.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

* Supporting the delivery of the organisations Communications Strategy
* Working with Communications Strategy & Planning Manager coordinating multi-channel, multi-stakeholder communications plans with a focus on communications objectives and business priorities
* Ensuring that the Communications & Partnerships planning calendar is kept up to date, coordinating with colleagues across the organisation to identify forthcoming events and opportunities
* Responsibility for ensuring that the B2B CRM is maintained, coordinating technical and training requirements as needed, ensuring the system is an effective stakeholder management resource for the whole organisation
* Organising events, including stakeholder workshops, seminars, webinars and conferences
* Coordinating with the team to ensure that communications plans are kept up to date
* Building and maintaining the central Communications & Partnerships content library, including key statistics, policy summaries, digital resources, etc
* Providing support for the Communications & Partnerships team on ad hoc requests, as appropriate

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

* Communications management experience
* Project management experience
* Managing a diverse workload, with competing priorities and deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of organising events, including coordinating with suppliers
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach, able to identify and deliver opportunities to improve how we work
* Strong stakeholder management abilities
