We are looking for candidates with solid digital marketing experience perhaps looking to take a step into a diverse role with more responsibilities or seeking a new challenge.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be working directly with the Managing Director to maintain the success of existing partnerships and lead on the creative development, production and implementation of new marketing activities that capitalise on the opportunities available and drive long-term sustainable growth. This includes affiliate marketing, the co-ordination of digital campaigns, design and implement e-mail campaigns, managing sales enquiries, call strategies and producing and updating website content for SEO.

We operate in a regulated industry, so you will need to undertake the role with appropriate regard to compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority. You will need to keep up to date with, and understand, relevant regulations and take ownership for the design, implementation and delivery of the training and monitoring programmes. Review, as necessary, marketing materials, presentations, tenders, reporting and websites to ensure compliance and maintain the data protection policies and procedures.

Whilst no previous experience of motor related insurance is essential, it would certainly be advantageous. You will though be required to have directly managed affiliates and possess experience devising, producing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies and be able to report findings and outcomes accordingly.

You will be working in a relaxed environment with a small team of motivated and competent colleagues. As a person you'll need to be willing to lead from the front, be hands on to get the job done.

About Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

+ At least 1-2 years marketing experience
+ Affiliate Marketing
+ Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and assess the results
+ Excellent written and oral skills
+ IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages plus experience of using design software.
+ CRM activities, including, researching potential new business opportunities. 
+ Develop proposals for campaigns, accounting for cost and effort of available marketing channels
+ Capable of building and developing relationships 
+ Can take ownership of work and is self-managing;
+ Highly organised, flexible and proactive across diverse range of activities
+ Focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
+ A personable manner, a team player and adaptability are all important
+ Can-do attitude always want to get involved and are excited to take on significant responsibility
+ Analytically minded and able to work with data
+ Can show creative and innovative thinking
