Permanent Product Marketing Manager

Your new role Product Marketing Manager with proven success in leading integrated B2B marketing programmes.It includes:

* undertaking market research into new products
* establishing timescales for developing products
* influencing pricing and packaging,
* guiding sales teams and
* developing market messaging and market positioning around the products.

The Product Marketing Manager will be the 'voice of the customer' within the organisation, championing the needs and experiences of the customer in our service and support as well as products.

You will work closely with a variety of departments and agencies to develop and manage product and programmes that will deliver profitable sales growth.Next to a degree or equivalent level qualification and a recognised professional qualification in Marketing, you will need an analytical mind and thrive on the challenge of addressing complex business and marketing problems. You are organised, with excellent project management skills.

What you'll need to succeed You must have proven ability in the following areas:

* Strong leadership with a results orientation and a strong customer focus
* A collaborative way of working and the ability to effectively interface with senior management
* Communication: Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Previous experience in product portfolio management
* Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience
* Meeting objectives and campaign deadlines
* Creative problem solving skills
* The ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and building effective relationships
* Committed to continuous self-development and learning within the marketing field
* Experience in a merchanting or distribution led environment is an advantage

In this role you will occasionally travel in the UK and Europe.
