This role is responsible for supporting the SC Johnson Scandinavian Sales Distributor Manager to meet business objectives in terms of sales, profit and share.

In Sweden, Norway and Denmark:

* Ensure the local distributor has a comprehensive knowledge of the portfolio to be distributed and marketed, including in depth understanding of the brands, strategies, priorities and innovation.

* Supports the sales distributor manager efforts to achieve share targets, monitor progress and deliver on brand strategies, including tracking results, brand guideline execution, deployment and monitoring of A&P spending in compliance with approved amounts.

* Develop Trade Bundles, Base and New Product news by the platform with agreed parameters with the Cluster.

* Provide support and monitoring as needed for displays and Special Pack plans consistent with agreed guidelines and principles. Ensure costs are in line with budgets.

* Work with the distributor manager and local distributor to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed for the defined category.

* Be the point of analysis for the sales distributor manager for all competitive, share, category and other marketing tracking to ensure deliver of annual targets - share, sales, profit.

* Facilitate flawless deliver of providing necessary/requested assets to distributors organisation.


The key qualities of a successful candidate will include the following:

* Degree level education or equivalent

* Excellent level of English, both written and oral

* Fluent in Swedish ideally with either Danish or Norwegian a distinct advantage

* Marketing or Sales Commercial background

* Willingness to travel regularly and internationally mobile

* Strong Presentation Skills

* Ability to analyse data

* Experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) desirable

* Ability to manage for results with high degree of initiative and speed

* Self-starter and acts with integrity and speed

* Organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise

* Ability to think strategically

* Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment

* Proficient Microsoft Office
