This global design and innovation agency are looking for a midweight strategist with skills in creative, brand and/or innovation. The agency works with clients predominantly in FMCG, tech and media across brand creation, product and service innovation and big design ideas.

This is an ideal opportunity to join a well-established strategy team

The role:

  • Supporting on large strategic projects and owning smaller projects
  • Working collaboratively within a well-established strategy team
  • Demonstrating an understand of client challenges through foundational research
  • Contributing to category analysis, researching micro and macro trends and looking for compelling insights
  • Conducting trend forecasting, keeping an eye on shifts and patterns in certain categories
  • Organising and running workshops
  • Moderating consumer sessions
  • Continual, consistent client communication of the highest standard
  • Contributing to pitches, new business approaches and thought pieces

The ideal candidate:

  • A creative mind with experience in a branding and design environment or innovation consultancy
  • Previous experience with FMCG clients is essential to this role
  • Previous experience owning projects
  • Will be able to adapt to the client's needs as a brief evolves
  • Will be a team-player, with the client's best interests at heart
  • Will have experience working closely with design and client service teams
  • Inherently passionate about design with a creative background to support this
