We're currently recruiting for an experienced PR professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with long standing customers, consumers and media to join an award-winning FMCG company based in the Peterborough area. This role offers the possibility for flexible working for the ideal candidate, they will be enthusiastic, creative and possess impeccable writing skills and excellent English grammar. As PR & Social Media Manager, you will be the primary writer for news releases and other PR-related communications across a variety of digital channels. This is a very broad role that would suit a candidate with a good understanding of public relations and UK media regulations. You'll be required to drive the PR element forward by identifying new opportunities and then produce relevant, eye-catching content that will engage both new and existing customers. You must be highly organised, have excellent project management skills and have proven experience working with external agencies. As a confident and passionate individual, you must use your experience to increase the companies brand awareness by creating an influential PR and social media strategy that will in turn help increase the company's overall sales. The ideal candidate will have design experience; however, this is not essential.
