An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's largest professional services firms as a Brand & Sponsorship Manager, tasked with acting as both a guardian and driver of the organisation's corporate brand.

The Brand & Sponsorship Manager will manage, promote and protect the corporate brand internationally including messaging, brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice and visual identity. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the business on how the corporate, employer and other sub brands are developed and implemented and will lead centrally-managed corporate brand and sponsorship activities. You will work with senior colleagues to set the strategic direction and goals and get buy-in from key internal stakeholders for the development of the corporate and employer brand. You will work with business development and local marketing teams on implementation of the brand through the use of brand assets, imagery and guidelines. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring global best practice and consistency by providing internal consultancy to the firm and leading the continued evolution of the brand guidelines and intranet pages. You will also ensure the continued evolution of the firm's visual identity working with internal and external teams to update the brand's colour palette, imagery and its application globally. In addition, the role holder will have project management responsibility for any central sponsorship activity and must provide global guidelines for local and ad hoc sponsorship requests.

The ideal candidate would be a bright and articulate manager with substantial experience of managing a brand, advertising and sponsorship activities gained in a professional services environment, to include previous experience managing creative agencies. Highly motivated, strategic and entrepreneurial, with the ability to build networks and become both an influencer and a trusted adviser at all levels of seniority, the Brand & Sponsorship Manager will thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines to deliver multiple projects.
