An exciting opportunity has opened, requesting a CRM Manager for an innovative consumer product business with a passion for sports, mobility and new product creation. This role is based in Middlesex and requests an accomplished CRM specialist, ideally with a retail and consumer background and a willingness to drive forward an exciting business in a consumer centric direction.

The main duties of the CRM Manager include;

Customer Lifecycle Management

* Implement targeted email communications across the customer lifecycle.

* Lead the planning and own the strategic CRM content plan which should be performance driven and derived from CRM, trade and local insights.

* Review and develop CRM welcome program, across online and instore.

* Derive and develop highly personalised communications, sourcing and integrating the data and on boarding the other teams required to bring these to life.

* Have an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and customer pain-points to create beautiful, highly relevant and personalised emails.

Reporting & Insight

* Undertake email performance reporting and gather insight to continuously improve engagement and assist with effective CRM strategy.

* Supplying email & consumer behaviour reporting insights to the wider Marketing, Sales, Product and Ecommerce teams.

* Develop an in-depth understanding of the range of products best suited to segments, to deliver a tailored customer experience around our offering.

Acquisition & Database Development

* Ownership of consumer database: GDPR compliant capture, storing, enriching and segmentation. Working with our Dev team on ensure CRM initiatives are on the roadmap.

* Developing initiatives to help improve and drive data capture across all customer touch points including the website, stores, competitions and in store events.

* Discover new functionality and/or new tools that will elevate the innovation in email communication.

* Review and develop customer preference centre in line with GDPR and multi-language websites

Email Marketing

* Day-to-day ownership of the global email marketing and segmentation plan, including end-to-end co-ordination (planning, briefing, testing, sending, reporting).

* Optimise email Marketing campaigns in line with the promotional calendar; using trading/product knowledge to ensure emails are commercially driven, relevant and targeted.

* Be a SME to support regional marketing teams to ensure emails are produced on time and to specification

* Implement testing plans for content, subject lines and offers to improve the results and relevancy of campaigns.


The successful CRM Manager will have the following capabilities;

Ability to understand business needs, translate them to technical requirements and deliver an exceptional customer / consumer focused story.

* Strong analytic abilities while also being able to present creative solutions in anorganized manner.
* Sales-minded, with a sound understanding of lead generation.
* A solid understanding of all marketing channels but with a focus onCRM and email.
* Good copywriting skills and proven results within email broadcast tools and software.
