Description

The Senior Account Manager's Key Responsibilities will include:

* Daily communication with clients to build successful working relationships

* Taking briefs, delivering to creative/design teams and ensuring output is appropriately aligned
* Support the Account Director in leading the team and developing the account
* Project managing briefs from receipt to delivery to the highest of standards for projects across web and print
* Owning the client relationship, providing input, keeping them apprised of time lines and managing expectations
* Ensuring a high quality output through proof reading, editing and copy writing
* Engaging in concept generation and brainstorming, and presenting creative concepts in a compelling manner
* Budget reconciliation


Profile

The successful candidate for the Freelance Senior Account Manager role will possess the following attributes:

* Full-mix Marketing experience
* Strong multi-tasking and project management skills to manage a heavy work flow with great composure
* Good B2B campaign management experience across traditional and digital channels
* Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, able to build a productive relationship with clients, understand their needs, provide expert advice and manage expectations
* A commercial mindset
* A team-player and leader who will support the accounts team and provide direction to Account Managers and Account Executives
* A true believer in excellent customer service who will pick up the phone before emailing
* MUST HAVE INTEGRATED MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE - NOT A SALES ROLE


Job Offer
