A high profile central government organisation is looking for a Change communications manager to lead on the delivery of their new and exciting change programme. The organisation is well-established and boasts a great working environment that is both friendly and progressive.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

* Delivery of the programme and ensuring that pilot teams are both supported and challenged throughout.
* Creatively communicating change communications to all stakeholders and staff using strong and engaging communications materials over multiple platforms such as video.
* Support the Programme Director and Programme Manager in defining and delivering against an ambitious Programme Roadmap to meet our corporate strategic goals, change objectives and required programme outcomes.
* Partnering directly with an expanding number of pilot teams across to enable them to adopt agile working practices, processes, and new ways of working for increased individual and team empowerment, well-being and productivity.
* Flexible engagement with our pilot teams and the rest of the organisation is critical to the success of the programme.
* Collectively owning pilot engagement, tailoring and adapting to the differing nature and needs of each team.
* Showcasing fast-paced, outcome-focused Agile delivery that demonstrates the benefits of different and innovative ways of working.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

* Extensive experience within the change communications sphere.
* Expert knowledge in agile working and change communications specific to change in working environment and operations
* Experience in delivering communications over multiple platforms and to various stakeholders
* Senior stakeholder relationship management
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Experience in delivering communications materials within government.
