Midweight Corporate Branding Designer
Independent branding and communication agency are on the look-out for a new midweight designer to join their mid-sized team in South East London.
Established for over 10 years they've managed to build up an impressive client base which includes property, energy, health, education, leisure, professional and financial services sectors to name just a few, who rely on them for branding, campaigns and digital projects.
This agency will always aim to have a deep strategic understanding that aids creativity, rather than stifles it. Candidates must demonstrate some (even if it's early stages) understanding of the job at hand, where they've used their intelligence, imagination and stylistic skills to create great ideas and beautiful work.
They don't set their teams up around one client or discipline, which allows everyone in the team to explore a diverse range of projects and clients. They all have different strengths (concepting, motion, digital, mark making) and these guys will work hard to identify and develop them.
The team are very close, down to earth and really supportive of one another (except for stuff like music playlists, turns for the advent calendar and tea rounds). They're looking for people who will add to the banter, present their work with passion and who doesn't take themselves too seriously.
In a nutshell, you must love what you do, be good fun to work with and understand that even creativity has a job to do.
Minimum of 3 year's experience working in a corporate branding agency
An ability to think conceptually / strategically
Some knowledge of designing brand guidelines (not essential)
Confidence to take on a project and put forward ideas to the wider team
