An exciting opportunity has opened, requesting a CRM Manager for an innovative consumer product business with a passion for sports, mobility and new product creation. This role is based in Middlesex and requests an accomplished CRM specialist, ideally with a retail and consumer background and a willingness to drive forward an exciting business in a consumer centric direction.

Working with a determined tea; this position is central to business growth, success and strategy and as such, you will be busy from day one!


The successful CRM Manager will be responsible for;

* Derive and develop highly personalised communications to drive customer loyalty, a deepening engagement and drive link-selling and return-on-investment.

* Day-to-day ownership of the global email marketing strategy and segmentation.
* Optimising email marketing campaigns in line with the promotional calendar.
* Supplying consumer behaviour reporting insights to the wider Marketing, Sales, Product and Ecommerce teams.

* Develop an in-depth understanding of the range of products best suited to segments, to deliver a tailored customer experience.
* Develop initiatives to help improve and drive data capture across all customer touch points including the website, stores, competitions and in store events.


The successful CRM Manager will have the following capabilities;

* Ability to understand business needs, translate them to technical requirements and deliver an exceptional customer / consumer focused story.
* Strong analytic abilities while also being able to present creative solutions in anorganized manner.
* Sales-minded, with a sound understanding of lead generation.
* A solid understanding of all marketing channels but with a focus onCRM and email.
* Good copywriting skills and proven results within email broadcast tools and software.

The ideal candidate will have worked with a membership / consumer focused retailer and be available within 4 to 8 weeks.
