An entrepreneurial Brand & E-commerce Manager role has become available with an FMCG food brand. My client manufactures and markets one of the world's most popular foods of its kind with strong marketing positions in over 90 countries. They market their product under 4 different brands each with their own concept that are loved by many. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pioneering candidate who wants to put their determination and creativity into end-to-end marketing optimisation to help shape the futures of the brands and company.The Brand Manager will be the owner of the e-commerce channels and work closely to the global team and sales team to develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the UK and Ireland.


Description

The Brand Manager will be the 'guru' of the market and the category with my client and will assist the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the global strategy for 2 of my client's key brands. You will be responsible for;







* Independently managing the Irish team's relationship with UK, including their budget, planning and marketing plan.



* Owner of the e-commerce channels. Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the UK and Ireland.



* 360 managements of NPD from conception to launch





* Identifying new gaps in the market to expand product range - competitor analysis and presenting to Marketing Manager





* Working with Nielson to deliver monthly reviews to be presented





* Build your knowledge of your consumer/shopper insight to help develop future NPD and campaigns.





* BTL Marketing including instore POS and retail campaigns





* E-commerce and digital management - campaigns





* P&L management





* Creation of product packaging





* Work closely with sales team developing materials for pitch and help grow distribution





* Managing external agencies





* Manage and track brand activity results and recommend how to improve moving forward





* Be the glue between all other internal teams


Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG marketing experience ideally 3-5 years min - my client is open to sector but preferably food. Candidate but have passion for food and marketing whilst being self-motivated and a team player.







They will also have;



* A degree in marketing/business studies or equivalent





* Project Management experience





* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Nielson data - This is a must!





* Strong ecommerce experience - This is a Must!





* Excellent oral and written skills - Microsoft excel/PowerPoint





* Category Management and Sales experience are welcome.


Job Offer

The Brand Manager can expect to receive a salary between £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience + great benefits.
