An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly credible CRM/BD Manager to join an innovative legal services organisation at the forefront of an industry growing at an unprecedented rate. In this unique hybrid role you will be responsible for developing and growing the firm's relationships with existing strategic clients as well as identifying & winning new business.

The firm is on a major growth curve, expanding its client base, geographies and scope of services and is looking to maintain this positive momentum by adding to the Client Solutions team, which is responsible for winning and growing client relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Client Solutions to design account plans for a segment of client accounts and you will have primary responsibility for delivering against these and full account management responsibility for 5-10 strategic clients. Working with global colleagues to identify how to expand client relationships into new territories, you will pursue opportunities to generate additional profitable revenue streams. Leading all relationship and sales meetings with your clients, up to General Counsel and Head of Legal level, it is essential you work collaboratively with clients to problem solve their needs, designing bespoke solutions, and you must take an active role in firm's client listening and feedback programme to help inform the development and delivery of services. Designing and executing creative approaches to strategic pitch opportunities and formal tenders and managing negotiations on commercial terms will represent important elements of the role. The successful candidate will also be required to partner with the marketing team to design and deliver compelling business development and client engagement campaigns, collaborate effectively with the firm's Lawyer Care & Development team to ensure all client engagements are proactively managed and will be responsible for providing regular reporting on account performance to communicate progress with the UK executive team.

To succeed, candidates must enjoy nurturing relationships with General Counsel and Heads of Legal in some of the world's largest companies. You will have a strategic mind and be able to identify and execute opportunities for future growth and must have a passion for delivering a superior client experience and ensuring the client's voice is at the heart of future service development.
