An all encompassing role which stretches across different marketing channels for the business. Reporting into the Brand Manager this role will support in delivering marketing activity with a specific ownership of a category. The role will also drive the campaign activity and be the main point of contact for the Group Promotions team bringing partnerships to life and driving them forward.

Main Responsibilities:

* Be the Customer Champion ensuring the guest is at the forefront of all planned and executed activity.
* Oversee all relevant communications maximising effectiveness, sales and alignment to brand values.
* Brief stakeholders on campaign activity.
* Manage budgets, utilising spend effectively.
* Manage post campaign ROI evaluation and analysis demonstrating potential cost savings and efficiencies for future activity and present to Head of Consumer Marketing and Marketing Director on a bi-monthly basis.
* Check that sufficient tracking mechanisms are in place to measure effectiveness of campaign activity.
* Draw an understanding of performance from weekly yield reports and advance sales reports then document any notable strategic/tactical recommendations in a weekly report.
* Write blogs and lead/execute Social media campaigns where relevant across your target customer groups
* Develop a customer research strategy with guest panels for your owned channels.
* Keep abreast of changing industry practices, new technologies and buyer behaviour and apply this knowledge where appropriate.
* Work with teams to launch new products and packages as and when required.
* Work closely with all other members of the Marketing dept. to ensure integration and consistency across all marketing activity.
* Be the main point of contact for the Group Promotion team and ensure that execution is highly effective.
* Communicate all owner channel activity to relevant members of the resort ensuring excellent delivery and customer clarity.
* Working with the Brand Manager, own and develop the customer journey, delivering improvements to both product and content.
