Two roles (one for each category; Beauty and Fashion) Support the commercial success of the Beauty and Fashion brands across the group, driving customer awareness, and engagement with the company brand alongside the partner commercialised brands.

Based in London, the Beauty and Fashion Marketing Managers will be responsible for:

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

* (Beauty Manager) Work closely with the Beauty brands across Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance and services, building relationships with their marketing teams.

* (Fashion Manager) Work closely with all the Fashion brands across Womenswear, Menswear, Shoes and Accessories, building relationships with the brand marketing teams.

* Work closely with the Head of Customer, PR & Communications and his/her team to ensure the delivery of cohesive marketing campaigns for beauty, working with the brands to secure exclusive opportunities for the company.

* Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of any beauty marketing.

* Write, edit and proofread copy for materials relating to any beauty campaigns.

* Deliver regular reports of beauty campaign results, including web analysis and ROI.

* Work closely with the Head of Marketing to agree budgets. Manage the budgets across the business.

Shared Team Accountabilities

* As part of the Brand and Marketing team, identify opportunities for the company to maximise its purpose and commercial opportunity.

* Collaborate with members of the company team and work closely with all relevant areas to influence and contribute to the Marketing Strategy and maximise business opportunities.

* As a member of the new Brand and Marketing Team, support the cultural and transformational journey to win hearts and minds as the company moves to a more aligned approach in its operating model.


Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:

* Proven track record in launching and implementing Marketing strategies across multiple platforms

* Demonstrates ability to build and manage external/third party relationships.

* Fashion marketing experience - ideally having worked for a recognised fashion brand

* Highly developed communication, influencing and relationship skills.

* Proven ability of measuring and reporting ROI

Job Offer

Sound knowledge of retail and department store operations and inter-relation with marketing is a big plus.
