Our client based in London is an IT services business servicing the needs of small and medium sized
enterprises. The services provided are aimed at those businesses without an in‐house IT

The services include:
Service desk
Server installations, migrations and upgrades
Addressing day to day network problems
Anti‐virus and spam solutions
Network maintenance
Solving email and web issues
Addressing security and disaster recovery issues
Hardware and software procurement and installation.

Key Job Objective
Setting up meetings with potential clients
Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
Online marketing and communications, including social media marketing.
Follow up direct marketing activities (principally direct mail and email campaigns) to
promote the client services.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
Deliver account management to existing clients.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Sell services / products to new and existing clients.
Cross selling other services.
Developing and implementing social media strategies.
Research ensuring up to date knowledge of social media trends and tools.
Must be numerate and a competent writer of proposals.
Excellent face to face and telephone communicator.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate, currently working in sales and using social media
to generate sales with one or two years' experience.
The candidate will have some experience of selling services / products to small and
medium sized corporates.
Self‐driven, results‐oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality
and business profit.
Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior managements.
Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
Well‐presented and able to visit clients.
Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
Able to get on with others and be a team‐player.
