Utility Warehouse is the UK's only fully integrated multi-utility provider, spanning the telecommunications, energy and insurance markets. We're different from other utility suppliers because we're a club - a Discount Club - with over 600,000 members who get their household services from us benefitting from everyday savings, the simplicity of a single bill, and award-winning customer service.

We don't advertise on TV or radio, nor do we have any shops. Instead, we rely on satisfied customers and a large network of self-employed 'Partners' to recommend our services to others.

About the role

As we expand our Marketing Team, we're looking for someone to run our email and digital marketing campaigns - taking charge from concept to production - as well as managing the content of our online portal and mobile app. You'll own our Partner email marketing plan - collaborating with other areas of the business to ensure plans are integrated with other channels. Other activities will include:

* Run end-to-end email marketing campaigns using the IBM Marketing Cloud.
* Actively use reporting, analysis and insight to develop and optimise campaigns.
* Create engaging, relevant content on our online portal and app.
* Run targeted Facebook and mobile SMS campaigns.
* Liaise with our external suppliers and design agencies, and internal partner-facing teams, designers and copywriters.
* Work closely with the Partner community, and proactively deal with their ideas and requests.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong email marketing and digital background and experience of working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. To be successful in this role you'll need:

* Prior experience of an email execution platform (eg. Silverpop/IBM) and Content Management System (CMS).
* A degree in Marketing/Communications or another relevant subject.
* Outstanding English, both written and verbal.
* An outgoing, creative, enthusiastic and proactive personality.
* Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
* A passion for marketing and communication.

You'll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.

What we offer

As a FTSE 250 company we offer stability and career progression. Unlike other large companies however, we continue to have a welcoming, family feel. That's probably why lots of the team who joined us from the beginning are still here.

Along with a competitive salary, you'll also benefit from 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), free parking, an annual salary review, share options, an additional Christmas Bonus, staff discount, subsidised canteen and much more!

Be yourself

We embrace both diversity and inclusivity. So, we've built a culture where everyone counts - one where you'll feel valued and respected.

About us

* We're the UK's only fully integrated utility services provider - covering both the communications and energy markets.
* You may not have heard of us though, because we don't waste money on expensive advertising. Instead, our growth has been fuelled by 'word of mouth' recommendations.
* And it works - we now have over 600,000 customers, 40,000 Partners and a team of 1,000+ at our NHQ.
* We're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and this is a passion that runs right thru the company.
* That's why we've won so may awards - including the Which? Best Utility Supplier of the Year 2018 award.
* Our stunning, modern NHQ is in Colindale, NW London, and is easily to get to by tube, bus or car.
