About the role

As we expand our Marketing Team, we're looking for someone to run our email and digital marketing campaigns - taking charge from concept to production - as well as managing the content of our online portal and mobile app. You'll own our Partner email marketing plan - collaborating with other areas of the business to ensure plans are integrated with other channels. Other activities will include:

* Run end-to-end email marketing campaigns using the IBM Marketing Cloud.
* Actively use reporting, analysis and insight to develop and optimise campaigns.
* Create engaging, relevant content on our online portal and app.
* Run targeted Facebook and mobile SMS campaigns.
* Liaise with our external suppliers and design agencies, and internal partner-facing teams, designers and copywriters.
* Work closely with the Partner community, and proactively deal with their ideas and requests.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong email marketing and digital background and experience of working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. To be successful in this role you'll need:

* Prior experience of an email execution platform (eg. Silverpop/IBM) and Content Management System (CMS).
* A degree in Marketing/Communications or another relevant subject.
* Outstanding English, both written and verbal.
* An outgoing, creative, enthusiastic and proactive personality.
* Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
* A passion for marketing and communication.

You'll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.
