My client is a rapidly expanding leisure business and one of the UKs best loved organisations operating a number of hugely successful brands. They have an excellent reputation and constantly seek new ways to bring innovative products and services to their customers. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join their huge marketing team based in their West Midlands office, to work across both their local and London Market.

The key remit of this role is to drive and deliver a brand and marketing strategy for the brands in the London area.

Key responsibilities include:

* Ongoing development of the brand activities, promotions & offers (Food & Drink lead), coordinating launch plans and future marketing activity
* Monitor brand performance against marketing and sales targets
* Understand the customer base, their behaviours and key market trends
* Ensure that key stakeholders and relevant departments are engaged and behind brand activity plan
* Monitor agency performance, manage agencies against agreed plans
* Manage budget spend circa £0.5 million.

Ideal candidate will have:

* Strong Brand/ Marketing knowledge and experience
* Need to have an understanding of the London Market, ideally within a food or drinks lead business
* Commercial acumen to help understand the market and take advantage of opportunities whilst scaling back on others
* Ability to measure ROI for campaigns and initiatives
* Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
* Good balance between a strategic and creative thinker
