You will be tasked with owning the marketing strategy across the EMEA region.

Reporting in to the regional SVP, you will devise a marketing strategy that aligns and delivers against the business objectives.

Our client has been providing customer engagement solutions for 45 years, working with clients like Amazon, British Airways, Lloyds, Microsoft amongst many others.

The organisation has revenues of $500m with 1,800 employees in over 40 countries globally.


Marketing Director EMEA, global software organisation

You will devise a marketing strategy that aligns against the commercial objectives of the region. Wider responsibilities include:

* ownership of the region marketing strategy
* management of 3 direct reports based in the UK
* liaison with the senior sales leadership team across the region
* ownership and development of the lead nurture programme
* accountability for the demand generation strategy and implementation of the campaigns across the region
* launching new products to market
* ensuring all marketing activities align with the companies brand guidelines
* delivering a marketing dashboard of KPI's to the leadership
* managing all marketing activities through online and offline channels, PR, events and social media


To be suitable for this Marketing Director EMEA role you will need:

* a proven track record within the software market, ideally experienced in the transition of on-premise to cloud solutions
* experience of managing a small marketing team
* used to devising a marketing strategy but able to assist when needed on the delivery of activities
* ideally experience of working internationally
* the ability to work autonomously, great commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills
* access to the office in Hayes

Job Offer

£80,000 - 90,000 + car allowance + package
