Reporting into the Head of International Brand, the International Brand Manager will help develop the International Marketing strategy for current Brands and lead in communicating that strategy to territory marketing teams, drive the creative development across all marketing communications enabling a successful release of each title from pre to post launch.

Based in Berkshire, this opportunity is ideally suited for a International Brand Manager with previous experience within the Gaming or wider Entertainment Industry including Film and Music.


Profile

Key Responsibilities:

* To work with and influence Global brand teams throughout the product marketing cycle to ensure that product naming, positioning, strategy, creative theme and execution are optimised for international territories.
* Drive the creative development across all marketing communications including, packaging, advertising creative and media, trailers, social media, events, web and retail.
* To accurately position relevant products in the marketplace, identifying key targets and providing relevant reports, research and analysis (competitor analyses, risk analyses etc.) and comment.
* Build relationships and work effectively with the business's international territories, external licensors, agencies, and development partners as well as work collaboratively with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic global marketing plans based on key consumer insights the will inform the market plans
* Maintain deliverable dates and be accountable for timely delivery for international marketing products
* Work in close partnership with the Head of International Brand to ensure that all territory marketing plans are approved and communicated to the relevant teams well before launch as well as ensure that the International territory marketing teams are following their approved marketing plans
* Work closely with the Social media/Community team to maximise international community engagement via the business's digital channels such as Facebook, YouTube, twitter etc
* Conduct post-launch sales reviews and suggest re-promotion strategies to ensure products reach or exceed targets
* Monitor and forecast performance and contribute to planning and budgeting.


Job Offer

Preferred Skillset:

*

International (European) experience with AAA games or the Wider Entertainment Industry including Music, Toys and Film

*

Licensing experience would be preferred

*

Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in recording and reporting

*

Budget management experience

*

Strong Organisational ability

*

Proven track record in running effective marketing campaigns

*

Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication. Additional European languages an advantage.

*

Creativity and passion for games marketing

*

Excellent negotiating and influencing skills

*

Available for an immediate start or within a 2-4 Week notice period
