The Role

Your client is a global leisure/travel brand and you will be leading a team to develop first in class loyalty and CRM programmes. In a world where todays customers expect better, smarter experiences that are personalised, quicker and smarter, you will be at the cutting edge of delivering campaigns that deliver on all three.

This is a highly commercial and varied role, which will also involve travel.

Skills and Experience

You will have the following skills;

  • experience of CRM and loyalty driven campaigns
  • be data literate
  • experience of email and digital marketing
  • project management
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • commercial skills including new business pitching and scoping
  • enjoy travel
