The Marketing and Communications department is responsible for building the health of the brand, along with developing and delivering the School's marketing and communications strategy. The team is accountable for developing communications which engage and activate customers throughout their, all underpinning delivery of business targets.


The purpose of this role is to project manage the implementation of the brand across all on and offline assets. This will involve scoping the full range of assets to be rebranded; making a recommendation on optimal phasing and delivery; and developing and managing a fully costed, comprehensive rollout plan. This work forms a critical part of our overall brand strategy.

This individual is an experienced marketing project manager with a strong understanding of brand principles and management. They have experience of managing multi-channel brand implementation projects and a flexible, positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
This position collaborates closely with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications team and with stakeholders across the business. As such, they have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.


3-5 years' experience in marketing project management roles.
Experience of delivering multi-channel brand implementation projects.
Demonstrable understanding and experience of brand principles and management.
Professional project management qualification or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of industry and technological advancements.
Knowledge of business education and competitor organisations.
Experience of leading/playing a part in innovative projects, campaigns or initiatives.
Experience of managing contractors and/or agencies.
Financial management experience and commercial acumen.
