Exceptional opportunity for exceptional senior marketer with hands-on experience in one or more start-up ventures, working as part of the ‘scale-up' or leading a team through the rapid growth stage.  We're looking for someone who has played a key role in taking a business from a few proven marketing channels to a broader range of channels, products and marketing approaches.

This exciting consumer business launched less than 5 years ago and is revolutionising its sector with a premium, service-orientated new take on an established service concept for both B2C and B2B consumers.  With ambitious plans for growth and diversification, it was founded by two high-powered partners with impressive business pedigrees and outstanding achievements to their names.  The business is growing well and has been highly acclaimed in major press and digital media with huge potential to grow nationally and beyond.  This is a role for you to join an entrepreneurial ‘family' and use your skills and experience to take the business to the next level.

Skills Checklist

In addition to your strong digital acquisition skills, and deep understanding of the digital and social media arena and techniques, you will be ambitious, driven and curious; a self-starter who thrives on a challenge and is always looking for the next opportunity or idea to develop.  This is a true leadership role with an opportunity to stamp your mark on a business big time.  Key skills include:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years+ hands-on experience in a highly challenging and fast paced environment with start-up experience essential.
  • Proven ability to analyse and understand customer profiles and design successful marketing strategies to acquire.
  • Proven successes in a broad variety of acquisition metrics, including exponential growth of customer acquisition, increase of customer LTV.
  • Proven strategic thinking skills and a track record of developing robust plans and activity at a strategic and tactical level.
  • A strong academic background from a leading university.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take on a true challenge surrounded by a dynamic and committed team.  If you are up to the challenge, please e-mail Adam Tarsh at the Tarsh Partnership now.  adam@tarshpartnership.co.uk
