This role is within an award winning multi-disciplinary creative team, that produce a huge breadth of beautiful work and also offer an amazing office space and culture to work in. They produce everything from branding through to fully integrated campaigns and their staff work in a creative and social environment with a talented team of people who are passionate about what they do.
The creative artworker will be working on some high end / luxury brands and some high profile campaign work across a mix of above and below the line collateral for print and some layout for web /social assets as well as branding and a range of other marketing material. You will have the opportunity to work from scamps from time to time as you take work through to final print ready artwork with meticulous detail. Often you may take a design file or even a creative concept and follow the look and feel and guidelines as you create other versions for various different sizes and specs. The creative artworker will also need to have a very good technical skills and be comfortable across all manner of physical and digital briefs.
The Creative Artworker will have experience of working in a busy environment, working on multiple projects of varying complexity as once. You will also need to take on responsibility for the guardianship and development of brand guidelines and add real value to these over time.
This role will suit someone who sets themselves very high standards in terms of their ability to interpret and execute varied briefs, within set timeframes and is constantly looking to push things forward within the studio and improve the quality of work. You will need to enjoy working with people at all levels, internally and potentially some 3rd party suppliers too.
The creative artworker will have varied experience, and preferably have produced work for some well recognised brands. You will need to be comfortable working with everything from complex cutters, large format, to longer copy brochures, and layout for web and everything in-between! Any experience in other areas, such as presentation design ( Keynote and PowerPoint ) retouching or creating visuals of work in situ would be an advantage as well. The artworker will be extremely comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
