One of the architecture industry's most highly sought after studio's has an amazing opportunity for a BIM enthusiast to join one of its most prestigious award-winning project teams.

Our client is an employee owned studio that is experiencing rapid yet controlled growth due to its continued success which shows no signs of slowing with a project pipeline that stretches way into the future!

Having consistently pushed the boundaries of architecture this studio has become synonymous with the design and delivery of award winning schemes and now rightly boasts an enviable client base.

This studio works across all sectors, stages and scales only taking on projects they know they will build. No project team will work on the same project type twice, therefore, if you are someone that likes the idea of getting a variety of project experience...this is the studio for you!

The Opportunity:

This position will require the successful individual to represent the studio's core BIM team within its very own selected project team.

You will manage the digital coordination of consultant models which includes other disciplines such as structural & m&e using Navisworks (please note that previous Navisworks experience is not essential).

You will play an integral role delivering coordination workshops to your design team and therefore previous experience solely hosting and managing meetings will be highly beneficial. The core BIM team will assist those that do not have previous experience in this area but do show the necessary communication skills required.

Applicants will be asked to demonstrate experience delivering Revit on projects, particularly at RIBA stages 2-4, within a team, with the ability to provide relevant optioneering.

The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with existing buildings and a good grasp of phasing.

This position is best suited to candidates that have a good understanding of COBie deliverables and production of IFC files.

Those that can evidence the ability to contribute to the production of information in between their BIM duties will strengthen their application significantly.

Current live projects: Education, Civic, Residential, Technology Campuses, Healthcare, Government, Heritage

Please do not delay your application as this is a lucrative position that will be snapped up quickly!
