My client is a leading brand, with a rich heritage and a great success story. They’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join their already established team, to work in their impressive office in Leeds.

Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will work with Salesforce on a daily basis, in a threefold role predominantly consisting of the following:-

-          Developing the Salesforce tool in order to ensure that it is increasingly relevant to the business, making it more suitable and more easy to use. You’ll do this by collecting change requests and user needs, and by starting conversations with key stakeholders
-          Driving adoption of Salesforce across the business by working closely with the end users to encourage them to get the best out of the platform
-          Maintaining the CRM on a daily basis and providing education and training to the wider business to ensure that they know how best to use Salesforce to get the most from it; you’ll answer queries, set up new users and advise on best practice

To succeed in this role, you’ll be highly analytical, with a talent for spotting trends and identifying ways of making processes slicker and smarter. Equally, you’ll be a real “people person”, who is able to present your findings and get buy in from a range of stakeholders.
