Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliate

Your new company is a well established organisation who provide second to non consumer experience for all customers and due to such an increase in work they are now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to come on Board to deal with there Affiliate side of the business.


Your new role will require you to optimise performance of the marketing channels to maximise ROI and share success internally.You will also be required to support and work with the Digital Marketing Manager providing great ideas and a positive can do attitude which keep you motivated within your role.


What you'll need to succeed is strong experience with the below key points.


* A strong commercial mind, you can spot good opportunities and negotiate to get the best deal on all activity
* A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering impact for all our stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to bring data to life for internal sharing.
* Experience of affiliate network interfaces, use of TD's platform a bonus
* A strong understanding of the affiliate industry, and the role of / relationship between affiliates, the affiliate network & client
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed for both agency meetings and publisher relationship management
* Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with regards to daily checks, reports and processes.
* Creative thinking & proactive approach to work - bringing ideas and questions to the team.
* Passionate about a career in digital marketing with a strong desire to learn


What you'll get in return you will have the opportunity to earn up to £40,000 plus company bonus,annual salary reviews and excellent pension contributions as well as free gym membership and onsite parking.
