One of Europe's leading student housing companies who are consistently setting new standards in the market are looking for a visual content designer to join their exciting marketing department in Central London.

This a fantastic opportunity for someone to have full responsibility for the visual identity and visual content creation of the brand. This person will be supporting the Brand Marketing Coordinator and Marketing director in coordinating the overall strategic focus of the digital platforms, all its visuals, videography, copywriting and campaign content to achieve business goals, driving sales and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all photography and videography of the Experiential programme's events, the portfolio's rooms and assets, brand, social media, lifestyle and event videos; including planning, traveling to different assets on a regular basis
* Co-ordinate a team of outsourced photo/videographers, interior designers/styling and managing models for larger photography projects.
* Lead pro-actively on the video content strategy for the brand to ensure a higher conversion throughout our channels
* Take ownership of editing all materials in high standard and within deadlines
* Work with Head of Digital and Brand Experience Coordinator on social media content and visuals
* Plan and organise external photography and videography resources where needed on projects
* Take ownership of the brand's visual creative content, ensuring content on the website and social media is up to date
* Pro-actively working on visual content and video plans for the brand's website and online channels

Experience Required:

* Experience in delivering high-quality photography, video, and designs, post-processing, and editing
* Creative thinker able to communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders
* Creative and confident writer
* Ability to refine others ideas and cup with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience
* Self-learning, proactive and able to learn new tools quickly
* Open to traveling across UK and Europe
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Degree in photography, videography or equivalent experience in the creative or graphic design field beneficial
