To lead and drive the successful roll-out and long-term success of the Loyalty programme across Europe to ensure we maximise the consumer level of return, retention and conversion across all campaigns and promotions.

Description

* Own and drive campaigns and campaign planning related to the success of the Loyalty Programme
* Understand the Consumer segments and their behaviours based on data and information we have available through previous marketing campaigns
* Feel passionate about making Loyalty a success for business and drive usage and conversion to enable us gather consumer data and insights
* Work with the Digital Marketing teams to create a Central Toolkit enabling the regions to align with central strategy and to re-use marketing collateral and materials
* Work with the Commercial Business Analyst to understand the data we have available through the loyalty schemes and how we can utilise this data and insights to make the best campaigns for all consumer segments
* Co-ordinate with the regions and ensure consumer communication is clear, consistent and relevant to all consumers
* Review all reporting linked to campaigns to ensure we are achieving the most success where we can and to revise campaigns to ensure the highest return
* Set and measure KPI's linked to all campaigns we run and share results regularly as part of the digital programme


Profile

* Experienced with loyalty programmes and an understanding of tools, promotions and campaigns to drive engagement, usage, retention and conversion
* Experience working in a retail / e-commerce environment where consumer data is key to the success of all marketing and communication campaigns
* Experience working as a marketing / campaign manager within a retail / pharmaceutical / FMCG company and evidence of successful campaigns you have worked on
* Experience working with Social Media Marketing campaigns to engage with Consumers and drive campaigns through digital
* Experience leading teams and groups of marketing resources to drive successful pan-European campaigns
