Responsibilities

* Write and implement lead generating marketing plans that are customer focused and capitalise on the brand's USPs
* Support the development of industry-leading, effective, customer-specific communications - from thought leadership pieces to webinars, podcasts and video
* Create, develop and implement marketing communications (specifically digital), events and initiatives that give the lead brand a competitive advantage in its target markets
* Utilising all data sources available internally and externally, provide the Product and Marketing Directors with comprehensive analytical marketing performance reporting
* Form a close and productive working relationship with the Product and Technical teams
* Manage and motivate a team, assisting them in the production and timely implementation of relevant and approved plans. Encourage creativity
* Work with the Marketing Managers to help provide all brands in the company with a competitive edge through MI from our websites, lead generation activity measured through CRM and social media
* Identify, measure and deliver KPIs for the brands and department, reporting regularly to the director
* Effectively manage brand and department budgets
* Transform the CRM system into a reliable management tool trusted by all and ensure that the marketing library is up to date and accessible
* Provide marketing support for the corporate brand and other corporate initiatives as required
* May require some travel

* Creative individual with the ability to think laterally and develop a programme of new and unique ideas
* Action orientated - proactive, flexible, hardworking and energetic
* Strong digital (website, SEO, social media), PR and lead generation skills
* International experience of managing segmentation and customer analysis
* Good project management skills - organised and able to work to tight deadlines and budgets
* Experienced man manager/strong team leader
* Ability to work on own initiative but also to operate effectively in a matrix structure
* A strong communicator and negotiator
* A good understanding of the global marketplace in which the lead brand operates is preferred
* Strong numeric and budget management skills.
