We are currently searching for an Ecommerce Web Developer with a passion for user experience and website optimisation to join this powerhouse of a consumer brand. They are market leaders in their field, with a goal to bring smiles to the faces of their customers and a product which will be remembered for years to come. With at least 2 years' experience in a web design for a consumer business already under your belt you will have good knowledge of developing and implementing strategies that will improve user experience, click through rates and ultimately revenue. Attention to detail is key and you must be highly organised, innovative and driven whilst working in this highly competitive and fast paced environment within a hugely successful organisation.
This exciting position will see you working closely with colleagues across the Ecommerce team, from merchandisers, through traders and designers, as well as many other specialists. Together as a team you will work towards exceeding revenue targets. This will be achieved by optimising the user experience, positively influencing click through rates and conversions rate. As you can imagine, behind this sits; AB testing, roadmap optimisation, pre and post launch analytics, short and long term strategic developments and web functionality. As such you must have strong knowledge in web analytics, project management and ideally a B2C retail background.
