Client Details

My client is Global FMCG business based in Reading they have a number of household name brand across multiple categories and are renowned for their training and progression opportunities. Their company culture is commercial, but collaborative where talent is rewarded.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join an exciting brand during and key time for the business.The role has a strong NPD pipeline with activation of large scale sponsorship deal with ATL (Including TV). This is a fantastic opportunity to have responsibility of a huge A&P budget and work across the full media mix.


The Brand Manager will ideally display:

Previous Brand Manager experience
Experience working within an FMCG environment
Degree or equivalent education
Experience working with Impulse
Ability to handle multiple projects within tight time lines
Excellent organisational skills / project management skills
Influencing ability both internally and externally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong drive for results
Creative and innovative idea generation
Good understanding of key marketing levers and interpretation of brand plans
Comfortable and effective in dealing with all levels of the organisation
Good attention to detail
Clear communication and ability to translate concepts into workable briefs
Experience of working with external agency contacts
