Fantastic opportunity for a proven FMCG marketing leader to join a rapidly growing brand based in the West Midlands. The Head of Marketing role blends a mixture of creative, strategic and commercial.

Client Details

My client is a fantastic FMCG business with a well known brand. As they enter the next stage of their growth, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the management team and play a key role in driving the future of the brand.


Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the strategic developments of the brands and ranges, and delivering the brand and communication strategy in your role as a brand ambassador and guardian.

You'll identify market trends and deliver consumer insight-led NPD projects, on top of managing the P&L for the entire product portfolio. Your ability to define a product portfolio that is commercially beneficial to the business will be key.

You will know "brand" inside and out and will help create a brand which will leave a lasting impression on customers (retailers and consumers alike) and internal stakeholders alike.


The successful Head of Marketing will:

- be a proven marketing leader and brand-builder from an FMCG background

- be able to blend creative, commercial and strategic

- have a track record of taking consumer insight and turning it in to actionable NPD projects

- have a knack of building strong working relationships across the business (in your team and cross-functionally) and with external stakeholders

- be adept at managing P&Ls

- be a proven leader

- have a fantastic level of drive and determination to succeed
