In one of the leading legal firms in the world, this is a rare and very interesting opportunity for a highly talented marketing and communications specialist to join a team of talented people as a Marketing Campaign Manager working across a broad remit.

The role holder will work in a fast-paced environment as part of an integrated marketing communications team and alongside lawyers and business development colleagues globally. You will work across digital, social and offline marketing channels and be experienced in developing effective channel strategies that will help the firm reach and engage with their target audiences. Comfortable with running integrated campaigns, the Marketing Campaign Manager will take responsibility for planning and executing compelling marketing initiatives which deliver against the firm's marketing priorities, enhance the firm's reputation, differentiate their legal offering and demonstrate value-add to clients. A significant focus for the role will be the effective planning and delivery of marketing campaign activities around the firm's digitisation client strategy, this is a priority for the firm and sits within the business transformation and innovation agenda. This role presents a real opportunity to position the firm as a leader in key markets, including a reputational programme as well as targeted client initiatives focused around sector trends and key drivers in client solutions. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for leading additional global marketing initiatives.

This is a highly successful environment and you will therefore require a strong academic record allied to proven professional services communications experience, to include working successfully on activities that require the buy-in and engagement of senior management. Strong writing and editorial capabilities are essential, as are strong oral communication and influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with peers across global firms in matrix organisations. Digitally confident and delivery focused, the Marketing Campaign Manager will excel whilst working under pressure, keeping to tight deadlines and managing multiple activities.
