A highly successful, global property firm is looking for an exceptional Director to undertake a lead role in ensuring that external and internal marketing and digital activities of the firm are aligned to the strategic objectives for the UK. The firm have an outstanding worldwide brand and their setup is quite unique so this really is an excellent opportunity.

You will lead two teams, one digital (Acquisition, SEO, and digital projects and partnerships) and the other of Marketing & Comms operational managers dedicated to each of the business lines. The Marketing Director will need to be a visionary and inspirational leader to the business, championing the growing role of digital business. You will work with the firm to improve operational communications, marketing synergies and best practices, positioning the firm as a key player in the UK on the web and all marketing levers and tools on the customer path, including Database, CRM, lead generation, in bound marketing and social selling, to contribute to support and assist business lines in their sales performances. The role holder will be responsible for setting up and developing 360 marketing and operational comms for each of the business lines based on an objective customer journey, conversion funnel and assessing each actions ROI with the team and the business lines. In conjunction with the BD Director, you will create and oversee the firm's Marketing and Business Development strategy and will work with the Business Development team to target and manage clients for whom the UK business line has lead responsibility and with the Business line Heads in targeting their individual client targets, monitoring budgets and return on investment at all times. You will be accountable for the execution of all marketing campaigns and messaging, contributing to the growth of the business from both existing and new clients through targeted marketing and will also collaborate and lead on the corporate marketing strategy IT team on CRM marketing tools and front.

The role will suit a bright and energetic individual with a demonstrable record of delivery in business and a strong marketing background. The successful applicant will have previous experience of brand development, with evidence of enhanced performance through growth, and proven marketing and digital skills including digital as a business channel, lead generation, customer journey and digital projects gained within a within a fee earning environment. The Marketing Director will also need to possess strong team management skills.
